The present work is compilation of the Rishis of various Mantras of Vedas along with the name of the devata (deity) delath with by them and the reference of the Mantra. The names of Rishis and Devatas have been arranged alphabetically. While compiling the names of various Rishis and Devatas of particular Mantra / or Mantras, the author came across the variant readings regarding the names of Rishis and Devatas in the various works cited above. All those variant readings have been cited in the concordance with reference to the works that contain those readings. The knowledge of the seers and the devatas (deities) is essential to pluck out the actual and factual.
